Jeff Bishop is an RPT member of the Washington DC chapter of the Piano Technician's Guild. The RPT designation, or Registered Piano Technician is assigned to a member upon completion of a series of three rigorous exams, covering in-depth knowledge of piano technology, the performance of repair and regulation operations to a high standard of quality, and of course the ability to tune.
